Cancer- Garlic also helps in the prevention of cancer because
it contains a type of compound knows as allyl sulfur which slows down the
process of malignant tumor formation. Mainly prostrate and stomach cancer can
be prevented by it because it damages the rapid growth of cells.

Parasites- When one intakes raw garlic it kills the parasites in
the intestine like roundworms, pinworms and tapeworms. If someone has an

home because it is not so easy to chop garlic whenever one wants to cook. For
preserving minced garlic first one needs to break the garlic from the head, cut
the two sides of it, place the flat end towards the chopping board and slowly
press it with the blunt side of the knife. Now, the peel removes smoothly and
chop it manually to preserve or use a good blender. Now after the chopping is
done pour the garlic in a bowl and slowly pour extra virgin olive oil up till
the brim so that it is completely full. The amount of oil that you should use
depends on the size of the garlic. After that stir it gently and cover it with
a plastic or lid and refrigerate. It can be stored easily for two weeks.
